This website collects as little as possible. Here is what is kept, why, and how to have it removed.
Messages and inquiries
When you send an inquiry, your name, email address and message are stored securely so I can reply and keep track of the project. A copy is emailed to me as a notification.
I never sell or share these details, and I delete inquiries that do not lead to work after two years.
The field letter
If you join the mailing list, your email address is stored so I can send you the seasonal letter. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your address is removed straight away.
Visitor statistics
The site counts visits with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and do not identify you personally. It records things like which pages are viewed and roughly which country a visit comes from.
Email tracking
Emails sent from this website may include a small tracking image and tracked links, which show whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. This is used only to make sure messages arrive.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything stored about you by writing to hello@elenacross.com. I will respond within one month.
